Subject:    [PyKDE] Compiling PyQt snapshot

I'm trying to compile PyQt snapshot (on my way to trying out the latest eric). 
I've successfully compiled sip-3.5.20030204. I'm getting the error:

 sipqtextQextScintillaBase.cpp: In function `QextScintillaBase*
   sipForceConvertTo_QextScintillaBase(PyObject*, int*)':
sipqtextQextScintillaBase.cpp:3902: `sipBadClass' cannot be used as a function
make[1]: *** [qtexthuge.o] Error 1
