Hi Torsten,

thanks for the patch. I will analyse and if it fits into the overall 
concept it will go into the 3.1.0 release.

Setting the colour for the brace highlighting is already in the 
configuration dialog. Look for "Matched Braces" and "Unmatched Braces". 
A configuration option for the shell font will be in release 3.1.0 
(actually the next snapshot will have this).
