RESENT DUE TO ADRESS FAILURE...

Hi,

does anybody has some experienc in working with PyQt on a native
solaris 2.7 with Solaris CC/cc compiler ? After compiling and
installing any needed packages I get the follwing error:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "./gui.py", line 39, in ?
    from qt import *
  File "${PYTHON_PATH}/lib/python2.2/site-packages/qt.py", line 49, in ?
    import libsip
ImportError: ld.so.1: python: fatal: relocation error: file \
${PYTHON_PATH}/lib/python2.2/site-packages/libsip.so: symbol \
__1cG__CrunKpure_error6F_v_: referenced symbol not found

This symbol looks like it should live in libCrun.so which is a C++
runtime library.

I currently use the following versions:

sip-3.3.2,
qt-x11-free-3.0.5,
PyQt-snapshot-20020722,
Python-2.2.1

There where no compile errors, but the linker flags might have been
wrong somewhere. This is a task for Solaris freaks (if anyone exists
these days ?)

BYE INGO
