Hi Peter,

The following fixes my runtime problems on Windows/Qt-NC.

(1) Replace
#define QWT_NO_BITBLT
with
#undef QWT_NO_BITBLT
in the file qwt-20020807\include\qwt_global.h

(2) force a complete rebuild (python setup.py build --force),
before building your zip and exe files.
