Hi all,

in my Windows 98 SE box I've installed Python 2.2.1, Qt libraries
non commercial edition and PyQt for Windows (non commercial
   edition).
Whenever I try to start anyone of the examples I receive an
exception: the dll libsip.dll cannot be loaded because a file is
missing... no idea about the file!
I tryied to import libsip from a python shell and the result is
   always the same.
Already tryied to copy libsip.dll in <windows>/system and
   <windows>/system32. No way.
I even tryied to install everythin on another Win98SE box: same
   result.

   Any suggestion?
Is there anyone using this configuration?
   I'm a little bit desperate... %)

   Thank you in advance!

Kind regards,
 Matteo
