SIP and PyQt v3.0pre5 is in the usual place at
http://www.river-bank.demon.co.uk/software/private/.

Changes since v3.0pre4 are...

- a couple of bug fixes to pyuic

- the QString to unicode conversion has been changed again

- tested against Python v2.2b1 (and makes use of a couple of new
features to slightly increase efficiency)

- some more SIP changes needed by PyKDE2.

I expect this to be the last pre-release. I am now away for the next 2
weeks - I may not have access to email. I expect to release the final
version when I get back.
