v0.13pre4 is in the usual place at
http://www.river-bank.demon.co.uk/software/private/.

This version (of SIP) implements support for the Python numeric,
sequence and mapping methods. Support for the char * cast operator has
been dropped and replaced by the __repr__ method (see the .sip files for
QByteArray, QCString and QString).

This means that it is now possible to implement things like the '+'
operator for QRect, or to make QStringList behave like a Python list. I
haven't actually implemented these in the .sip files - anybody care to
have a go?

I'm on holiday now for a week - so I won't be answering mail for a
while.
