Those arn't exactly errors (sorta).
You have a file object that references a source that doesn't exist.
David (and others me included) do this intentionally in order to make sure
that a directory contains only puppet managed files. (as that's the current
behavior of the purge attribute).
basically (to use the first example) the file object "/etc/sysconfig/ntpd"
has a source attribute that's pointing at something that doesn't exist.
