I checked it, puppet is running as daemon

/usr/local/bin/ruby /usr/local/bin/puppetd --runinterval00

Hello,

beware schedule does only prevents run at other times that those you tell
puppet to, it will not automaticaly program this to run like cron does.
So, if you launch puppet in the hours you put in the schedule and it does
nothing then there is an issue, if not it is normal behavior.
