Take a look at filetype.c; only the file types listed there are
supported by default.  Now that you've got Uwe's patch, you can simply
add files to /service/httpd/env named CT_<extension> and containing
exactly the Content-Type string you want to serve.  Remember you'll have
to restart httpd (svc -t /service/httpd) each time you make such a
change.
