An Infopeople short format online course, October 13, 2015 - October 26,
2015

 

Would you like to make your library data more interesting, compelling and
memorable by presenting it visually?  Do you want to spice up your monthly
or annual report by turning paragraphs of text or columns of numbers into a
format that is easy to understand? Infographics can be used to visually tell
the story of your library's data and this short format course will provide
you with the tools, techniques, and practical advice you need to create
them.

 

During this course you will learn:

*	Why you might want to use infographics to represent library data or
information

.        How to use Microsoft tools (Excel and WordArt) to develop
infographics

.       How to use free web-based tools to create infographics
