An Infopeople online course, April 22, 2014 to May 20, 2014

 

Does it seem like people talk about working together but nobody really knows
how? Do you spend too much time talking about what happened and not enough
time deciding on the actions to take? Do you feel that team members spend
more time protecting their turf than working together? In this course
experienced instructor Cheryl Gould will explore the characteristics of
highly effective teams such as.

.        Group dynamics

.        Team agreements

.        How to make decisions while having all members of the team feel
heard

 

You'll leave this course with the ability to be a great team player, which
will also improve the performance of any team you are on in the future.

 

Fee: $75 for those in the California library community and Infopeople
