A patron who has moved away called yesterday about some fines he had on =
his card with us.  He wanted to pay by credit card over the phone, but =
we are not set up to take money that way.  It has been suggested that we =
set up a PayPal account for situations such as this one.

Do any of your libraries have PayPal accounts?  If so, how do you use =
them and how did you set them up?
