We used to have an informational kiosk on our top floor that provided information \
about the solar panels on the library roof and on other city property. It had a nice \
interactive explanation of solar power and nice graphics.

It was interesting and it worked the first couple of years but then it became a \
little outdated and then the computer died and we had a non-functioning kiosk taking \
up space. We just had it removed this summer.

Hi all,

We are considering installing some informational kiosks in library branches as a \
pilot project. Do you have any in your libraries? If so, what functions do they \
perform, and have you found them to be useful?
Thanks in advance and please excuse any cross-posting.
