customers (e.g., licensed resources, digitized collections, training)?

and resources to your library's community?  Then you may want to check out
EMIS (E-metrics Instructional System), brought to you by the Information
Institute (http://www.ii.fsu.edu) at Florida State University with a grant
through the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS).  EMIS
(http://www.ii.fsu.edu/emis) is a free, web-based instructional system that
includes tutorials on selected e-metrics (measures of library networked
services and resources), how to selected the best e-metrics for your
library, how to collect and analyze e-metrics in your library, use e-metrics
for advocacy purposes, and present e-metrics data to library boards,
funders, and others.  EMIS also includes links to useful resources and a
number of other items to assist your library understand the uses of its
online resources.
