Subject: Corporate Culture


I'm trying to locate a book I remember from the early/mid '80's
that talked about "Corporate Culture" - and that a successful
organization should have certain characters in place:  witches, wizards,
heros, sages, etc.  That it was the responsibility of an organization
to foster these charaters rather than suppress them...any ideas of
the title (I believe HE spoke at a conference 1980-1985)
