INFORMATION SYSTEMS DEPUTY, Public Library Of Cincinnati and Hamilton 
County.  The successful candidate will head the Computer Services 
Department and report to the Director/Clerk-Treasurer.  This position 
provides leadership in the development and implementation of 
information technology within the Library, having responsibility for 
all computer related services used by the Library.  The current 
platform is an IBM AS/400 with a locally developed circulation and 
on-line catalog system coded in RPG and C.  REQUIREMENTS:  The 
successful candidate should have at least 5 years experience in 
progressively more responsible positions requiring selection, 
implementation, and management of computer technology applications in 
libraries.  Demonstrated supervisory ability and excellent oral and 
written communication skills are required.  A Master's degree in 
library or information science from an ALA accredited school is 
preferred.  Salary range is $65,000 - $70,000 with excellent benefits.
