I am setting up a site with multiple users that will access a structure of
directories. However, I cannot seem to get the permissions such that user
pum2 cannot access the higher root level of the ftp site, nor can I prevent
user pum2 from writing data to the site, while allowing user pum1 to view
the contents of all of the pum directories.

Any thoughts?
