Sorry, I'm running proftpd from FreeBSD 5.2.1-p6 using ports, version
1.2.10rc1.

Using 

         AllowOverwrite          on
         AllowRetrieveRestart    on
         AllowStoreRestart       on

Mentioned by Onken I made it possible for ftp-ing user to use `lftp -c`,
but I suspect it now only overwrites, not resumes, even though lftp
manpage claims to support resuming.
