It is. mod_sql_mysql is, I think, support for MySQL 3.23 (the version
recommended for production use by MySQL's site).

Probably not -- whenever someone has time to download BitKeeper and check
out the 4.1.0 MySQL sources (I note they don't provide a tarball of such
sources on the site, at least that I could find). And since we're looking
for a new mod_sql maintainer, it might be a little while...
