Summary: WtmpLog doesn't work in server config
           Product: ProFTPD
           Version: 1.3.3a
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: core
        AssignedTo: proftp-committers@lists.sourceforge.net
        ReportedBy: david@ordal.com

Docs says that the WtmpLog directive should work in server config context as
well as <Global>, <VirtualHost>, etc.
http://www.proftpd.org/docs/directives/linked/config_ref_WtmpLog.html

For me, 'WtmpLog off' seems to work in the <Global> block, but was ignored in
the server config context.
