Good luck, they're clueless. Mailed both contacts when I got spam
relayed over one of their servers a couple of weeks ago. A week before
that, somebody else on Spam-L had gotten relay-spam via them. 
  Some time ago, I corresponded with someone on a completely different
matter, namely invalid Message-Id:s, who also had a rather low opinion
on VSNL based on their (non-) responsiveness to his complaints about
their broken software.
