Why do I get the feeling more than half of the mails to Procmail-L
lately are problems with something Procmail wasn't designed to do?
(Then maybe it should be redesigned to include this functionality?)

But basically I just want to point out that you shouldn't be using .*
after ^TO -- the ^TO construct already contains this, albeit a
modified version which is better bounded.
