Summary: Can Connect, Can download

Initial Comment:
Can Connect: When I managed, in my 'what the $%&^ is wrong ??' state to actually get \
a copy of P for Windows, it installed & ran perfectly. I think my guess about the \
SOCKS forwarding is correct: teh Privoxy config file used in Vidalia requires that \
Tor be running. Can Download: Turns out that when you search Sourceforge for Privoxy \
you come to a page with 'Download Now', which gets you the OS2 version (what is \
that?). The 'or view all files' option is what you want. But I guess you knew that... \

Message:
Yes we know that SF is broken.

Unfortunately they don't seem to care and reporting problems is pointless.
