Summary: '404 No such Domain' message on Firefox

Initial Comment:
I've installed the Tor bundle on my PC but I'm unable to access any webpage using \
Firefox V2.0.0.13 on Win Vista.  Error Message is " This is Privoxy 3.06 on \
127.0.0.1, port 8118 . No such domain. Your request for http://.... could not be \
fulfilled because the domain name could not be resolved.   This is often a temporary \
failure, so you might just try again. " 

I've been trying for the past few days !

Tor message log reads " Application request when we're believed to be offline. \
Optimistically trying directory fetches again ".

I'm using TrendMicro Internet Security Pro which has a firewall.
