These modules are available through CPAN (http://www.cpan.org/).
From what I heard, CPAN modules can be installed on Windows
systems as well.

As a FreeBSD user I never had to use CPAN directly and don't
know how it works, but I assume CPAN has installation
instructions somewhere on the site.
