Initial Comment:
Most of the sites I usually acces are returning error messages, error 503. I am \
accessing from Residhome Prestige, in Courbevoie, France. The hotel administration \
does not know what to do. I need help. The sites I am trying in vain to access are \
www.terra.com.br, www.fulano.com.br and http://weather.yahoo.com. I use Windows XP \
and MS Internet Explorer. Here is a typical error message
503  This is a message from UCOPIA Controller.  
Connect failed
Your request for http://weather.yahoo.com/forecast/FRXX0292_c.html could not be \
fulfilled, because the connection to weather.yahoo.com (69.147.80.111) could not be \
established. 

This is often a temporary failure, so you might just try again.More Privoxy:
Privoxy main page
View & change the current configuration
View the source code version numbers
View the request headers.
Look up which actions apply to a URL and why
Toggle Privoxy on or off

I think you (or the hotel management) can reach
the people responsible for the problem at:
http://www.ucopia.com/

Apparently they are selling a modified Privoxy
version but can't be bothered to do the support
themselves.

This isn't the first Ucopia related report
we get, but as we have no idea how they
changed the Privoxy configuration there is
little we can do about it.

The error message could indicate that the
internet connection was unreliable or that
the request was dropped by a packet filter.

If you're getting it regularly it probably
also indicates that the hotel management
over payed.

It doesn't look like a problem in Privoxy itself though.
