Privoxy 3.0.3 on Macintosh OS X 10.4.3.
The system presents this dialog box at startup:

"An item in the Startup Items folder ("/Library/StartupItems/Privoxy") does not have \
the proper security settings."

Options are to "Disable" or "Fix" (or "Decide Later" to change nothing).

Advice?
