Initial Comment:
Hi!

I am using privoxy 3.0.19-2 on debian wheezy.
It is worked as expected, although I'd like to change the configuration.
It's the gif deanimation that I'd like to disable.
Unfortunately I do not really get how to do that.
There are some macros in the default.action file, standard.Cautious, standard.Medium \
and standard.Advanced that contain +deanimate-gifs{last}. I was unable to find out \
under which circumstances these macros are used and I don't want to just remove the \
deanimate-gifs lines.

I'd really appreciate hints on where I find documentation about those macros.
Thanks in advance for your time.

Message:
The standard.* settings are used by the CGI editor and offered as "default
values" for the first action section in an action file.

Opening http://config.privoxy.org/edit-actions-list?&f=0 (with
"enable-edit-actions 1") should give you an example.

Unless you actually use the CGI editor (and press the "Set to ..." button),
the standard.* settings have no effect.

Thus, in your example, you should be able to ignore them and concentrate on
the offending sections shown by:
http://config.privoxy.org/show-url-info?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.example.org%2F

As far as documentation is concerned, my impression is that the standard.*
settings aren't properly documented at the moment and I'll try to fix this
in the near future.
