Initial Comment:
This config file doesn't work for regular web requests:

forward-socks4a / 127.0.0.1:9050 .
forward .i2p 127.0.0.1:4444
forward ssk@ 127.0.0.1:8888
listen-address 127.0.0.1:8118

The problem is privoxy, because I can setup Firefox to allow web browsing directly \
using TOR's socks4a proxy (localhost:9050). When I try to use 127.0.0.1:8118, it only \
allows *.i2p sites when I2P is running, no regular websites that load through TOR (it \
resolves all websites as 127.0.0.1). Any suggestions or should this be escalated to a \
problem in privoxy.

Also, without any proxies, all web browsing runs fine.

Using: TOR, I2P, Freenet
