Summary: Sitetracking/stats

Initial Comment:
Is there any way to be able to blok sites like onestat, nedstat, etc? Would be nice \
to be invisible to those sitestatsites.

Yes. When visiting pages, watch your privoxy log for sites
that you did not visit. They're usually pretty obvious, with
URLs like "www.trackforyou.com/stats.php". After doing this
for the sites you visit most often, you'll have most of the
sites that will try to track you.

The actions/filters could do this, but they remain outdated.
You could check for people who keep HOSTS files updated to
add those to privoxy perhaps, but thats a lot of work.
