Summary: IRIX/IRIX64 patches

Initial Comment:

As promised, here are the patches needed to get
Privoxy the compile without warnings on IRIX using the
n32- or  64-bit ABI.

On my Octane, I compiled it with:

CC=cc \
CFLAGS="-c99 -O2 -64 -mips4 -r12000 \
   -TARG:isa=mips4:platform=ip30:processor=r12000" \
LDFLAGS="-s -L/usr/freeware/lib64" \
CPPFLAGS="-I/usr/freeware/include" \
./configure --with-docbook=yes --with-user=privoxy \
--with-group=privoxy && \
gmake

(32bit is the same, but with "-n32" and "lib32"
respectively)

If ld fails, comment out the following lines in
GNUmakefile:

#%.o: %.c
        $(CC) -c $(CFLAGS) $(LDFLAGS) $< -o $@

So far as I can see, libnsl isn't needed on IRIX, but
I've not made any changes to reflect this.

To compile cleanly in 64bit mode, I've had to revert
some int values to size_t's - could someone check that
this is still sufficiently platform-independant. I may
also have made some blinding errors when fiddling - it
works fine day-to-day for me, but if there is anything
obviously wrong or broken, please let me know ;)

Cheers,

        Stuart

Stuart - I don't know who you promised it to, but thanks
just the same. Any chance you can reformulate this against
the shiny new HEAD? There are a few failed chunks now, and
it would be good to get this back in.
