Summary: Squid Authentication when Squid is the parent proxy

Initial Comment:
It would be nice to have a directive in the Main
Configuration file that allowes Privoxy to authenticate
to a Squid Proxy when Squid is the parent proxy server.
Currently, it works well enough when the Squid
authentication is turned off, but when enabled, Privoxy
is unable to forward to Squid.
