Initial Comment:
Privoxy version 3.0.3 for Windows reports too many false DNS errors (namely, "404 \
Domain Not Found"). This can be a nuissance, especially when accessing high-traffic \
websites such as Hotmail.

Seeing same behavior on version 3.0.3 on Mac OS X. Sometimes a page will partially \
load, but a few frames and images are privoxy's DNS failure page. Is it the job of \
privoxy or of the browser to cache these DNS requests? (Somebody should do it: \
There's no point in looking up the hostname afresh for every image and frame!)
