Hi,
I'm trying to connect my OpenBSD system to a Microsoft VPN server using
PPTP, but I can't seem to get it to work. I know the VPN server is
working because I can login from a Windows machine. Here's my current setup:
OpenBSD 3.6 (just the basics, no X-windows)
I added the "pptp-1.7.0.tar.gz" from pptp.sourceforge.net
I recompiled the GENERIC kernel without "gre"
/etc/ppp/chap-secrets:
# $OpenBSD: chap-secrets,v 1.3 2002/06/09 06:15:15 todd Exp $
# Secrets for authentication using CHAP
# client server secret IP addresses
<domain>\\<myusername> * <mypassword> *
/etc/ppp/options
name <domain>\\<myusername>
lock
noauth
usehostname
noipdefault
defaultroute
debug
/etc/ppp/ppp.conf
(none)
/etc/ppp/options.pptp
(none)
# Command:
pptp x.x.x.x debug
This is what I get in the /var/log/messages file:
