Other possibility is your virus protection software or some other software =
is blocking it.
Did you try turning off your virus protection software or checking the even=
t logs of it (or other protection services)

Apologies if this is an irrelevant question, here.
I have been trying to install PostgreSQL 9.5.11 on Windows 10 (x64) using E=
nterprise DB interactive installer. But, no success.
I keep getting this error.

I am aware about the BigSQL installers but I prefer the Enterprise DB one :=
).
I came across the similar issue here:

A little googling routed me towards some proposed solutions (here<http://1s=

I tried them but, no success.
