According to the wiki notes:
"You can suppress linking to old-style references and URIs by preceding the word with \
a '!', e.g. NotLinkedAsWikiName,  http://not.linked.to/"

I did this here (seems to work):
  http://postgis.refractions.net/support/wiki/index.php?ComputeMultiCentroid
