I pulled new geos and postgis code this morning.
- geos code straight from cvs
- postgis code from the hourly cvs tarball
My system is debian-testing and I'm running gcc 3.3.1
GEOS compiles and installs clean with autogen.sh/
./configure, make, make install
postgis, when enabled in Makefile to pick up geos,
breaks on the geos wrapper file. Someone let me
know if they want me to run a test compile or ??
to help debug this.
BTW, could someone clarify for me whether the
boundary() function will drop redundant
interior polygon boundaries and leave me with
a single exterior polygon boundary? And whether
that's provided by geos extensions to postgis?
Thanks,
Heitzso
