 I've talked to some Web Mapping developers who use ESRI's SDE on Oracle,
Map Objects and ArcIMS.

 Next month, I have a meeting to introduce PostGIS, SVG, GML, G-XML(Japanese
GML) and Web3D(Probably at least dozen people will atttend). This PPT will
be  very good material.
