The one in liblwgeom is part of liblwgeom, the one in postgis/
is just available in postgis (and may use the liblwgeom part).

No match, different code, both part of the repository
(you should be able to tell what is part of the repository using
RCS commands, like "git ls-tree HEAD <file>")
