You need to override the virtual_alias_domains default setting.

/etc/postfix/main.cf:
    virtual_alias_domains =

Otherwise, your /./ wildcard will match all domains.

virtual_alias_domains requires that the address is rewritten to a
different domain, otherwise it reports "user unknown in virtual
alias table".
