... a term used in micro economy, so they once taught me.

Monday next I have to do I dry run installation of Openldap/Postfix (and
a lot more) on 2 test machines in preparation for for a flagship install
on the 17th May ("saotjande mai", the Norwegian national day). The
flagship install is onto heavy-ish 32-bit IBM eServers. No, not on BSD.
Nor Solaris.

I've mostly been running Postfix snapshots. Couldn't manage without it,
but couldn't really convince the management of this particular project
that a Postfix snapshot is the real thing, either. Even though it's
running faultlessly on other production rigs. So, I'm thrilled with 2.1
- TLS patched and SASL-ready, Openldap auxprop-based, html docs 'n all.
And it arrived "Just in time".

A huge bundle of thanks to the developers and everyone else on the list
who's ever urged "RTFM", but at the same time helped with (mostly very
gentlemanly but sometimes valid crass) comment. Yes, and to *you* too ;)
