The issue only stemmed from this one user, whereas everyone else seems
to have no problems.  I'm also able to send and receive messages from
the postfix newsgroup, so I doubt that it is a DNS issue on our end.  I
did a dig from machines inside and outside of our network to be sure,
and everything is coming up positive.  It would appear then that this is
something that will need to be resolved on their end.

DNS problem on their or your end. Are you sure you domain's DNS are up
and reachable?
