Why are you using attrs ?? 

Please read the documentation of freeradius server where and how to
configure user and reply attributes !

Besides - Acct-Interim-Interval cannot be lower then 60 sec ( as far as I
know ).

does it right?

but, after I restart radiusd, the radacct doesn't update too... same as
before..

I missing another? or I must add something line about attr in radius.conf?
