Just to let you guys know I got it fixed.  I had to re-enable 
"require-mppe-128" (which I had disabled during testing), and tell my 
client to require encrytion (which I had required on the client during 
testing).  Thank you all for all of the help you provided.  I would like 
to stress to everyone that all the stuff I went through could of been 
avoided If I had just taken a better look at the client side router, so 
for anyone using a Linksys router on the client side first make sure 
PPTP forward is on and save your self so grief.  I imagine this is 
probably true for alot of other routers too.
