Handle what? Renaming the interface? Why? bcrelay is for relaying
broadcast packets, and is told about the relatively static LAN
interface; e.g. eth0.

pptpd 1.2.4 does not exist; I presume you mean "next release", which
might be either pptpd 1.2.3.1, pptpd 1.2.4, or pptpd 1.3.0. bcrelay
from pptpd-1.1.4 has been included in all version since; 1.2.0-b2,
1.2.0-b3, 1.2.0-b4, 1.2.1, 1.2.2, and 1.2.3. bcrelay remains in CVS.
I'm confused. Can you explain in more detail?
