I only know that there is a pattern for a fairly modern qpopper that
matches a line that looks like this:

POP login by user "USERNAME" at (HOSTNAME) 192.168.1.1

If your qpopper logs a line like that, I would think that should be
safe.  The older pattern in the config file matches a "Stats:" line,
which may indeed be output by both successful and failed logins (I don't
use qpopper to know for sure).
