Hi Nikunj,

this [1] is quite an old entry which shows how to parse html and use it to create a docx.
A similar approach might be possible with XSLF.
The hope to "retain all the formatting" depends on how much effort you want to put in the mapping -
there's no ready to use solution from the POI project ...
