Summary: Date format string like "dd\.mm\.yyyy;@" is not
                    handled correctly.
           Product: POI
           Version: 3.8-dev
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows Server 2003
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: POI Overall
        AssignedTo: dev@poi.apache.org
        ReportedBy: zjuwufan@gmail.com

For cell A2 in the attached file, its fmt code is "dd\.mm\.yyyy;@". When I
tried to call DateFormatter.getFormat(Cell cell) to get the corresponding
Format, the backslash was not unescaped.
