What kind of help are you seeking?

Your request is not very clear.  Do you want to install RHEL or do you
want to install Oracle on an installed RHEL system?

In either case, there is extensive documentation to do the
installation on both subject matter.

I am guessing you do not have the Linux expertise to do so by your
self.    Please seek help from an experienced sys admin to do a proper
installation of both especially if you are planning to use the system
for production work.
